Because our business operates under Florida’s Cottage Food Law, all of our pound cakes are freshly baked to order from our home kitchen and made specifically for each customer. Since our products are food items and are prepared fresh for every order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed. This helps us maintain the quality, freshness, and safety of every loaf we provide.

Under Florida law, sales of food, perishable goods, and custom-made items are exempt from standard retail refund requirements, which means all sales are considered final. We encourage customers to carefully review their order details, flavor selections, glaze choices, and add-ons before submitting payment to ensure everything is correct.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we want every order to be something you truly enjoy. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong flavor, missing add-ons, incorrect glazing, damage during pickup or delivery, or concerns about the quality of your loaf, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can properly review the situation.

To help us resolve any concerns quickly, we may ask for your order details, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue. This allows us to better understand what happened and address the situation as efficiently as possible.

To maintain the freshness and quality of your loaf after purchase, we recommend storing it in an airtight container and refrigerating it for up to one week. Proper storage helps preserve the flavor, texture, and freshness so you can enjoy every slice just as much as the first.
